Chaos Board?

A board where all the active members are board mods there. Most
certainly not all, that would be too much time spent on
something silly. It could be a child board of Nonsense, and the
posts probably wouldn't boost your post count. It would be kind
of like a Disaster Forum within a forum, except the forum rules
would probably apply.

I don't think it's a good idea to just allow any sufficiently
active user to be a mod of a board. First off, I believe local
mods can move threads to other boards, creating the potential
for spamming. Thus, the only usable power would be post
editing, which isn't all that new or fun to play around with.
What made Disaster Forum fun was that everyone got access to the
special admin functions without any restrictions on them.

Yeah, local mods can move threads to other boards. And this
probably should have gone in "Suggestions". :)
