       How to Team Battle

       [center]Team Battles
       When teams become rivals, they can initiate a Team Battle. This
       is where each member of both teams will make a game within a
       deadline. Any kind of game will do, but the Team Leaders might
       have their team follow a theme for the games. After the deadline
       has passed, one of the leaders will make a thread on this board
       under the title "(Team 1) VS (Team 2)", obviously replacing
       (Team 1) and (Team 2) with the names of the teams that are
       battling. A Poll will be made, and the community will judge the
       quality of each individual entry and vote on which team
       generally made the better games. I would recommend a 3- 4 week
       deadline for beginning teams, and then for later battles
       increasing or decreasing the amount of time allotted to create
       the entries. The winning team will increase their score (on the
       Team page) by 1.

       Cool! I'd love to go against some HIGHLY skilled mechanics (i.e.
       Topaz, Elephants4Ever, maybe even Zen) or have an alliance with
       them. If anyone's interested, reply to this post and saying
       whether they'd battle. I don't really want to become Team
       Captain; I'd rather have someone more experienced. Ask if you
       want to be on my team or start the other team on your own with
       your friends. Thanks!
       P. S. I'll decide on the deadline with other mechanics.
       P. P. S. I'll accept anyone with a rank over Senior Mechanic as
       a team captain if they want.

       Honestly, whenever we do organized competitions like this they
       always fail due to inactivity.  I don't think a successful
       collab has ever been actually completed, with the exception of
       the GMSPS lobby which was never published.
