I see a purpose. For example I'd demote almost everybody that's
an admin/co-admin right now. I might promote m2.

You can ask these things in chat. There's no need for a thread
at all and green, that's why you're not promoted. Sorry, but M2

All chatango chat messages go away eventually. Also, there might
be a lot of things someone would change, that might be too big
to post in chat.

I agree. There's no reason why there shouldn't be a place for
user feedback, but maybe it shouldn't be so pointed at major
overall like this thread suggests.
