       out who!
       Rules: You may not nominate yourself. If you nominate someone
       make a case on why they should be picked.

       I'd like to apply.
       This isn't for applications, it's for nominations.  Also, keep
       in mind that "You may not nominate yourself" is a rule. I'm not
       nominating myself. At the time I believed you nominated whoever
       applied.
