(Earlier that morning)
Sam glanced at her clock then over at her sleeping roommate. It
was 5:45 in the morning and Rassa was still asleep. Sam ran into
the bathroom and pulled out the face paint kit she had found
while wandering the halls of Deose the previous day and crept
quietly next to Rassa. She giggled as she dipped the paintbrush
in the black paint. She worked quickly with light brush strokes
and then proceed to dip the brush in the red to finish up her
makeover. She went into the bathroom to wash off the brush then
hid the face paint set. She grabbed her tablet and took a
picture of the finished product. Rassa now had a unibrow and
appeared to have the chicken pox. Sam giggled as she climbed
back into bed and went to sleep.
(Now)
Sam was sleeping when she heard Rassa wake up.

Rassa
Rassa jumped out of her bed and yawned loudly. "MORNING!" She
skipped into the bathroom and saw her face. "Hmmm, someone has
pranked me. Instead of being mad at my roommate I shall just
clean it off." She said loud enough so Sam could hear it. She
violently scrubbed a washcloth all over her face.

Sam groaned and rolled over in bed. It didn't work, but she
still had that picture. She wouldn't share it with anyone. It
would just be her little secret treasure. Sam then heard a ping
noise. She glanced at her tablet and saw Jerry's message. "Ugh.
Hey, Rassa! They've changed the curriculum to make it harder."
Sam groaned as she climbed out of bed and stretched out her
wings.

He sat in his dorm room, staring at a letter addressed to him.
The envelope was of a very high quality paper, and it was
jet-black with a white fleur de lis symbol on it. He waited for
Zeek to exit the dorm before opening it...

Event
[All students who viewed the humans in a negative light in their
essays also receive a black envelope matching Eugene's. PM me
and I'll tell you what's inside of them.]
A white envelope is delivered to Cho's dorm. Inside is a clean
piece of paper with a note written in cursive.
"Dinner tonight? My treat. Le Paradis du Lac, 5:30. See you
there~"

((Excuse me for the minor bunnying of Forrest's actions last
night, but JG didn't give me a whole lot to work with.))
Cho woke up and looked around worriedly. Forrest seemed to have
returned during the night. Cho quickly turned on his GPS
locator and began to search for his tablet. It seemed to be
outside somewhere. Shame. I guess I'll look for it later.
Cho looked down and noticed a note on the desk.
Huh, a dinner invitation... doesn't look like anyone I know.
Well, what the heck. It's not like my stay here can get any
more insane.
Finnigan
As Finnigan woke up, he noticed that there was a note on his
desk. The note flew over to him and opened.

Claire woke up surprisingly late for her. Florina had already
left for breakfast by the time she woke up and Claire noted that
she only had an hour until class. She quickly changed into her
uniform and brushed out her hair when she noticed a black
envelop laying on her night stand.

*Yawn*. "Mornin', Eugene. You coming down to breakfast?"
"Maybe later, I'm not really hungry right now..."
"Alright, see you in missions, I guess..."
Zeek headed down to the cafeteria, where he took a took a stack
of pancakes from the counter, [s]wondering if he should break
the fourth wall and demand that Zen tell him what was in the
letter.[/s] Oh, look, it's Kamara... I'll go sit with him, I
guess. Kamara seemed to be looking around frequently, his eyes
shifting back and forth as if he was worried somebody would pop
out and attack.
"Hey, Kam... are you okay?"
""AH- Oh, it's just you.... yeah, I'm fine."
"So, what are you so nervous about?"
"Well, you see, last night I decided, in bed, that today I would
start lookig for a girlfriend, and not two minutes later I fall
asleep and have a nightmare about... her."
"Um, who?"
"Mei, that's who, the SIS girl. So I had a dream that I decided
to go ask her out, and then she turned and glared at me, and
then she said 'okay, sure.' She said yes!"
"...so?"
"So we went to a nice restaurant, and the whole time she was
just sitting there stiffly, glaring at me, like she was waiting
for me to finish up because she had to go somewhere or
whatever."
"Um..."
"Have you ever had a really hot girl glare at you for an hour,
nonstop?"
"No..."
"Well, I'll tell you, it is terrifying. I'm telling you, you
guys who like guys have it easy." Kam turned back to stare into
his untouched plate of bacon and eggs, shivering.
Zeek sat down awkwardly and started to eat slowly, while Kam
continued to shiver, flinching whenever a girl entered the
cafeteria.
"You, know, I don't think you need to worry too much about this,
Kam. It was only a dream."
"Y-yeah, you're right. I can't let that freaky nightmare stop me
from getting a girlfriend! I shall OVERCOME!"
"Good for you."
"Hey, Zeek, you're cool, right?"
"I think it's something of a contradiction for a kormot to be
"cool", but I suppose I am pretty awesome."
"Great! You've gotta be my hype man."
"What's a hype man?"
"You basically follow me around and make everything I do seem
awesome." Kam punctuated this statement with a bit of pancake.
Zeek suddenly stood up and shouted at the top of his lungs.
"WHOAH! HE JUST ATE SOME PANCAKE! DID YOU [I]SEE[/I] THAT? THAT
BITE THOUGH! THAT DIGESTION! THE EXECUTION WAS BEAUTIFUL, FROM
START TO FINISH! SHOCKING! I GIVE IT A TEN!"
Kam promptly fainted at the rush of blood to his head from the
public embarrassment, and Zeek continued to shout.
"DID YOU [I]SEE[/I] HIM COLLAPSE! ONE OF A KIND! THAT WAS THE
MILLION-DOLLAR FAINT, RIGHT THERE."

Ian Evans
Ian was having a leisurely breakfast while thinking about the
new curriculum change when suddenly Zeek started yelling.
... what is he doing. Why is he yelling about that Pamant guy
eating pancakes? And fainting? Ian cringed a little as he
started to feel the secondhand embarrassment. Poor guy.
Ikki Hirano
Ikki was at a loss at what to do, so she just started to slowly
clap for no apparent reason. She still hadn't opened the strange
letter that she got yet.
Blender-chan
Blender-chan was equally speechless. She was busy pondering this
new development. This put some complications in her pairings.

Sam finished getting ready for the day and headed downstairs to
the dining hall. She was looking around for someone to sit with
when she heard "WOAH! HE JUST ATE SOME PANCAKE! DID YOU SEE
THAT? THAT BITE THOUGH! THE DIGESTION! THE EXECUTION WAS
BEAUTIFUL, FROM START TO FINISH! SHOCKING! I GIVE IT A TEN!" Sam
looked in the direction of the shouting and saw one of the
transfer students from Maalum with Kamara crumpled on the floor
next to him. She alarmed until she heard the transfer student
shout,"DID YOU SEE HIM COLLAPSE? ONE OF A KIND! THAT WAS A
MILLION-DOLLAR FAINT, RIGHT THERE!" Sam then started laughing to
herself. Kam had fainted. In front of the almost the entire
school. Sam walked over towards Kam and the transfer student and
said, "Hello! my name is Samantha, but everyone calls me Sam.
What's your name? Oh! And could you help me wake KAM up? I don't
want to have to take him to the infirmary."
