Debate Board?

I was thinking there should be a debate board. It would
require close moderation to avoid blackmail and fights. Also,
Epsy pointed out that one could use faulty logic to win. This
could be solved with debate referees (or the opponent could say
it is faulty logic). Debate referees could be anyone who
commonly posts their opinion on the debate without directly
joining it. Of course, people who post an opinion do not have to
commonly do it. What do you think? Do you want a debate board?
