We are, however that person must be active on skype (to
communicate with us), active on the website, and 13 or older

EDIT: Well, I'm turning 13 soon, and I hope to get a better mic

Why would you need skype? There's a messaging system IN THE
FORUM.

Voice communication and chat for the older members
Skype is also very manageable compared to chatango

same reason, skype gives the lounge group a group chat and a way
to video/voice call
