An airborne leviathan where you have to shoot its eyes, which
makes it temporarily blind, which makes it vulnerable.
Otherwise, it's invincible. While blind, it flies crazily,
unable to see its path. You have to aim at its head or tail.

If you're making a story, try to expand it beyond the good vs.
evil trope. I've always liked games with decision-making
involved, where the actions you take influence how the story
goes forward. Perhaps the system of economy, etc. actually
works better under the Dark Lord Rasha, and you need to choose
whether Rasha, who rules with an iron fist but is making
improvements, should be destroyed or not.

A mansion-sized rafflesia, where you dodge all its spores and
enter the middle, where you have to cut as many spikes as you
can before it spits you out. On occasion, it summons a swarm of
flies, or makes you play jump-rope with its vines. To get to the
middle, either time your jump and climb a vine, or repeatedly
hit a petal to stun it and create a ramp.
