Gamestar Text Adventures

This is basically a cooperative Text Adventure Game, powered by
posts.
Here's how it works.
Guy A: You awaken in a damp room, with a bed, some rulers in a
box, and a locked door.
Guy B: Reach under bed with ruler.
Guy C: You find a Key under the bed.
Guy A: Use Key on door.
Guy B: You find yourself in another room. This time, It has a
Radio, a skeleton, and a swarm of spiders guarding the radio.
and so on. So basically, the pattern is What Happens, Action,
What Happens, Action.
Start.
You are an Altari sprite locked in the Acheron Prison for the
crime of theft of an emerald. Your prison cell has a small
crack, a broken iron bar on the cell door, and a guard blocking
the door. What do you do?

You sit down in your cell and begin a long monologue about the
mysteries of life and existence. After letting you go on for
about ten minutes, the guard on the other side hefts the Freeze
Blaster he confiscated from you and waves it at you
threateningly.
"I'm forbidden to hurt you, but that doesn't mean I can't give
you the cold shoulder, if ya know what I mean."

The ceiling is made out of one layer of concrete blocks, 7
blocks wide. The designer of this game isn't very creative in
designing levels.

You get into a ninja master pose and raise your hand above the
broken iron bar.
"KIAAAAAIIIIIII," you shout, as you gracefully yet powerfully
launch a karate chop toward the iron bar.
Your hand bounces harmlessly off. Harmlessly to the bar, that
is. Your hand is kind of hurt, and you barely prevent yourself
from crying.
"HEY! I WARNED YA!" the Acheron guard screams. He hefts the
Freeze Blaster and fires it, but luckily he didn't know how to
use them very well. The Freeze Blaster explodes, freezing the
guard (freeze duration 10 seconds) and covering the floor and
bars with a thin layer of ice.
((Gonna say that an Altair has no shot at breaking an iron bar
unless it's literally already cut in two. An Acheron might be
able to bend it.))

Freeze counter drops to 8. You start to slightly panic, and do
as much as you can in the short period of time. You soon think
to yourself: What if I use the Iron Bars to reach something I
couldn't before?

((Making JG's result a little bit clearer.))
You try to reach the Freeze Blaster parts, managing to reach
through the bars for most of the pieces. However, you still seem
to be missing the trigger.
ITEMS GET! 1 Freeze Blaster Nozzle! 1 Freeze Blaster Casing!
