A Collaborative Story Discussion

Today, people of the Gamestar Forums,I'd like to bring to you...
a collaborative story works.
I have been in the mood to write a story, or at least, in a more
creative side of things. Thus, I created this thread.
The goal is, to create a collaborative story. However, unlike
the CSTs, it is less of a 'roleplay' or actual story telling,
and more of a 'debate' on ideas to be thrown into a story. You
put in suggestions about how you want the story to go about, and
others can talk about it or pitch in their own ideas. Once an
overall plot is given, and aspects of the story are chosen, I
will then start writing it into a story, which I'll share you
you all in a later date
To start off, we will need to decide on the genre, time period
the story takes place, and and the beginning setting. After
that, we can start work on designating key characters, and what
their goals in the plot are. I'll create a name for the story
once I start work on the actual writing.
Mt first thoughts are, I'd like to create a story that's
slightly on a more serious side, and perhaps what you might find
in an anime. (Examples might include Fate/Zero and Fullmetal
Alchemist: Brotherhood)
I'd also like to reframe from making overly cliche character and
plot types.
(The above may be updated later with more information and
specifics on debatable subjects)
THE STORY SO FAR:
None
