Zeke
"So much for going on that mission, huh?" Freida was waiting for
Zeke when he slipped out of the bar, wallet considerably fatter.
"That's exactly what I'm doing."
"Right," Freida nodded sarcastically, "you just had a game of
poker with that hooded figure."
"No, doofus. I'm going to examine the pulse spot right now. What
are you doing?"
"Ah," Freida waved her hand airily, "they want me to check out
some university with a bunch of shards. Might enroll there,
steal the shards later." Freida handed Zeke his cane, the reason
why she had come. "Figured you might need this if you're chasing
some figure through the city." Zeke nodded his thanks, and
Freida disappeared into the night.
Zeke saw the Machina shard before he reached the pulse spot- his
eyes easily picked it out the glowing piece. He half-hid behind
a building and watched the girl who was standing there. To his
surprise, he realized that the dark-haired girl was carrying not
a sword, but a bow...This opportunity was too good to miss. Zeke
silently pulled out his sword and trained his eyes on the bow,
ready to disable the shard at a moment's notice.
But first, information- Zeke would never be forgiven if he
apprehended a target without determining their identity and
purpose. For all he knew, it was another Eclipse agent, though
he doubted it. No Eclipse agent in their right mind would just
stand out there in the open.
"I hope you haven't been waiting long," he called out in a lazy
voice. "Apologies for holding you up."
{Freida is that "friend" that I briefly flitted over in the
character description.}

Back Story: Was a complete genius in school, particularly at
math. However, she found herself unable to find a job
afterwards, despite her credentials, due to the fact that she
was disabled and could not find any sit-down jobs. She slipped
into poverty. She discovered her shard and decided to use it for
her own personal revenge against the world
Friends: Nobody
Enemies: Most people, particularly those she knows in person.
Personality: Sadistic, psychopathinc, and extremely devious.
However, she is also an organization freak and a very
order-loving person in general

like a gun.

Weapon Name: The Nervous Wreck
Weapon Type: Crowd Control/ Wide-Area Non-Lethal
Weapon: Kind of like an EMP for people
Description: A button on the wheelchair will set this off,
releasing an enormous amount of electricity over a large area,
messing with any machine and peoples’ nervous systems. The
shard puts this electricity on timer, preventing the release of
energy until it is inside the nervous system, scrambling all the
signals and temporarily disabling movement and the senses. Lasts
about 30 seconds.
Location of Machina Shard: Inside the wheelchair.
Special Abilities: Just what it is.
Weakness:Short duration, incapable of killing or greatly
injuring.
Appearance: Mechanisms are inside the wheelchair.

Weapon Name: The Field Agent
Weapon Type: Primarily Defensive, some offensive utility
Weapon: Electromagnetic Field
Description: A field of electricity is created around her,
repelling projectiles and stunning people. Will add details
later.
Location of Machina Shard: Same
Special Abilities: N/A
Weakness: Things that are extremely heavy would be able to pass
through, although they would be significantly slowed done.
Appearance: Picture a glowy red spherical net around her, with
1-5 meters diameter, depending on the setting.

Ava was in good spirits. She had finally finished preparing.
When she realized how lucrative evil villainy really was, she
gave up her life of disabled poverty for one of clients, the
black market and money. Now she had gotten enough time and
funding to complete it-her brainchild.
From the outside, it looked like a featureless black cube, made
of some metal or stone. In reality, it was her armored vehicle.
Completely bulletproof, and ventilated, she could sit inside in
her wheelchair, use all of its features (particularly the ones
that used her shard) just as she would normally, only she would
be completely unseen. Nobody would even know it was being
piloted by a human. Time to take it for a spin.

1 hour later
There had been 6 different reports of a black cube. Every time,
the witnesses remembered seeing a black cube hover into a
building, then a flashing blue light fly out of it. After that,
a flood of random smells, colors, and sounds. 30 seconds later,
their senses would return to their normal state, and the cube
would be gone.
