((Well the machina shard makes it just a little longer. Only a
LITTLE. Not OP. Ends up about 100 feet. Traveling range? Like
how far? I guess that would be 100 feet then.))

Azula
She slipped the chip into her computer and got to work. On the
chip she found an audio file and a folder. Azula tried to open
the folder, but it was locked with a password. She turned to the
audio file. It was a recording of a man's voice.
"Well done. But the hunt has just begun, my friend. If you're
truly willing to retrieve every last piece, you'll have to go
through a few trials...
I know a man that goes by the name of Roderick Grayson. I've
trusted the next part of the puzzle in his hands specifically so
that the government cannot access our goal. If any agent is
spotted in his territory, he's dead. No amount of law
enforcement can survive in that pit of criminal chaos.
I think you know the district I'm talking about, assuming you're
local to this city. Go to St. Bertrand, but don't go hunting
around for him. Flash the key, and he'll come to you. I must
warn you, however. Grayson's not to be trusted. Worst comes to
worst, he might try to rip you off, or perhaps slowly instill a
less fortunate fate... In that scenario, kill him and move on."
The audio clip was finished.

Azula
In her rush, Azula literally ran into a man on the streets.
"Hey, watch your step!" The man said, holding his cigar, "You
wouldn't want to hurt yourself..." Azula got up. She checked her
pockets and soon found she'd dropped the key on the ground. It
was conspicuously bright, much to the surprise of the many
criminals of the streets.
She picked up the key and slowly put it back in her coat,
cautiously watching the man with the cigar. "Excuse me..."
