Minor Forum Edits

I tinkered a bit with the forum. You may notice a few trivial
things changed. It won't make a significant difference, and I
don't feel like making a change log, just bear this in mind.

Oh, and while I'm at it I'm making post-based secondary groups
to replace "Member".
