The United States fell to ruin in 1989 after an alien race known
The Code invaded the Northeast region. Many were killed in the
invasion, while the government fell under dictatorship. This
alternative universe has limited technology, with guns being a
rare type of weaponry, many of the combatants resorting to melee
fighting. The Military, controlled by President Luke Hammermen,
faces the problem of defeating The Code before they establish
their permanent outpost, and invade the rest of America, while
at the same time, fighting off the rebellion of The Separatists.
Choose your alignment, and fight for the control of America.
FACTIONS:
The Code:
The Code is an alien race that invaded the Northeast region of
the United states in 1989. A large ship carrying large numbers
of The Code flew in, blasting away New York City and landing
down, in August 26th. Within the next few days, The Code spread,
killing whoever did not flee. They are currently holding their
spread, creating mass forces and structures within their
territory, preparing a full blown invasion of the planet. The
Code are a half organic, half electronic species, also wielding
something similar to the concept of 'magic'. Their bodies are
not as durable as a humans, but their abilities of 'magic' and
overall superior intellect of machines make them a large threat
to humanity. They are currently lead by an unnamed leader.

Appearance, if chibi is not available: Gray skinned humanoid
figure, wearing a black and white trench coat, with mechanical
wings on its back.
Short Biography: The unnamed leader of The Code, CORE has rarely
ever been seen by man, however contributed to a large portion of
the destruction of the Northeast, with its powerful ability of
unlimited flames, and its mechanical wings, granting CORE
limited flying abilities, and large speed statistics.

The Military
The Military is the armed forces of the former United States
government, which has fallen under dictatorship of President
Luke Hammermen. After the White House and Pentagon were invaded,
their main base of operations is in Austin, Texas.

Age: 68
Gender: Male
Faction: The Military
Appearance, if chibi is not available: a youthful looking old
man with gray hair and beard, light green eyes, and always
sporting a smile. He has a scar around his right eye, and mostly
found wearing The Military uniform.
Short Biography: The President and dictator of the United
States, Luke Hammermen commands The Military and the people of
America. He acts as a friendly and warm person, always smiling,
however has twisted views of leading the country. Hammermen was
in his 5th year of presidency, however, taking advantage of the
invasion of The Code, took charismatic and political power from
the chaos of fear from the people.
Other: Hammermen cares less of the survival of each individual
militant, and is more involved with gaining world political
power than the immediate need of fighting off The
Code.[/spoiler]
The Separatists
With the United States government under dictatorship, a large
portion of the population and military forces have started a
rebellion, to start their own government and fight back The
Code. The higher leaders and military barracks of The
Separatists are within Seattle, Washington. They are captained
by Alexandra Curtis.

Age: 33

Faction: The Separatists
Appearance, if chibi is not available: Short red hair, and
angular red eyes. Often wearing a spiked choker.
Short Biography: A young women, formally an assistant to Luke
Hammermen, but after the invasion of The Code and the rise of
Hammermen's dictatorship, Curtis quit the government, as well as
a few others in the high positions. However, they've been
branded as traitors to the United States by Hammermen, and have
been hunted down. Curtis lead a rebellion against the
government, eventually growing into a full civil war, taking
parts of the north-western parts of the country as their own
territory. Curtis is a very lively and strict woman.

The Research Guard
A small group of specialized researchers, have spent time in
studying The Code's sorcery and machinery. The group is small in
size, but a single man can hold off up to 5 of The Code. While
The Research Guard is not officially part of The Military, they
may exchange information with the government, however not above
providing help to The Separatists. The most well known
researcher is Leonardus Kanith.

Age: 41
Gender: Male
Faction: The Research Guard
Appearance, if chibi is not available: An albino male, often
wearing heavy armor and a broadsword on his back. His face is
also covored in glowing lines and symbols from the magic he's
researched.
Short Biography: Leonardus is a middle aged man, the leading
researcher of The Research Guard, having advanced skills in The
Code's own sorcery. It's believed that Kanith could rival CORE
in a 1 on 1 fight. He is specialized in Summoning, Healing,
Shadow Spear Lancing magics, and is working on methods of
Revival. Kanith has a rather monotone personality.
Other: Kanith shows distaste towards the government and

Faction: The Research Guard
Appearance: About 5'7, with very light hair and extremely pale
skin. Athletic figure. Likes to wear black.
Short Bio: [s]((Due to laziness, I shall fill this out
later.))[/s] Rosetta is one of the research guards' heavy
hitters. She specializes in light magic and manipulation, which
makes for decent support and devastating ranged attacks.
Unfortunately, she is sub-par at close combat and hopeless at
stealth due to her conspicuous appearance.
Other: Rather secluded and shy. Dislikes people in general,
except for a very select few.

Gender: Male equivalent
Faction: Code
Short Biography: Zero is an elite member of the Code military,
trained since he turned 50, who specializes in spying. He uses
his 'magic' to turn invisible and walk through walls, just like
a ghost would. He can also blast supercold air or ice at anyone
who notices him. His wings allow him to fly while making it
hail. He is especially interested in the doings of the Research
Faction, and has determined a lot of helpful information about
their identities and abilities.
Other: His magical abilities weaken a lot if his staff is taken
away. Until he loses it, he is undetectable, but he cannot
affect things while in his intangible form.

((This will be my primary character in the RP))
Name: Moralous Kanith
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Faction: The Separatists
Appearance, if chibi is not available: White hair and red eyes,
wearing torn brown jacket with jeans and shirt.
Short Biography: Moralous, the son of Leonardus. He spent his
childhood with his father in studying The Code's sorcery, taking
most interest in CORE's flames. He originally intended to be
part of The Research Guard, however, after an accident with his
flame abilities, left him labeled by them as a puppet of CORE,
being exiled from them. He traveled north, eventually running
into a small squadron being lead by Alexandra Curtis, who
recruited Moralous into The Separatists. He shares a very
similar personality with his father, however showing more easily
angered traits.
Other: Moralous is a soloing missionary of The separatists, so
he's mostly found wondering around the battlefield himself.

Moralous
Moralous stood there, shielding his eyes from the blowing sand.
The male was currently stuck in the middle of a sand-storm,
having ventured into Military territory in northern Arizona. So
far, possibly by luck, he's not been spotted. Moralous intended
to get a largely populated city, and cause a large fire at The
Military stations there, to cause a bit of talk in the high
Military ranks. However, the trip was proving a more difficult
task than he originally thought.
"This is going to take awhile..." Moralous muttered, spitting on
the ground after getting a tasteful of sand from the blowing
dirt.

Name: Camille Jackson
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Faction: Military
Short Biography: Camille was fifteen when her father quit the
military to join the separatists, leaving her and her mother
behind without saying goodbye. Knowing she had to find a way to
provide for her mother, who was shrinking into a shell of a
person, she immediately volunteered to join the military as a
fighter pilot. She explained that her father had taught her
everything he knew about flying and fighting in planes. Because
the Military was losing on more than one front at the time, she
was given only minor testing before being hired and sent into
battle. Now, two years later, she has become a skilled bomber
and a dangerous enemy.

Luke Hammermen
Luke Hammermen was shifting through a pile of papers of numerous
soldier profiles at his desk. He was looking for a few qualified
enough fights for a mission to take back Nevada and California.
Hammermen tossed away a majority of the papers, now holding what
he thought would be the best for a mass destruction of The
Separatist's military bases. He motioned for his assistant over.
"Who is this woman?" The President asked, pointing to a picture
of youthful red-headed girl.
"That would be Camille Jackson, sir. She's proven skillful with
out our new flight machines." The assistant replied. Hammermen
sat back in his chair, placing a hand on his chin, reading over
the profile.
"I want you to call Jackson over. I want her in this office by
tomorrow." Hammermen ordered, setting the papers ontop of his
table. Those rebellious fools won't know what hit them. he
thought.
"Yes sir." The assistant responded, saluting and taking their
leave from the office, to get contact with Camille.

Camille was testing the flight mechanics' repair on an F15 and
had just returned to this side of the sound barrier when a
blinking purple light on the instrument panel signaled an
incoming call. She pressed the button on the side of her
headset.
((This isn't quite the correct protocol, but, hey. Whatever. XD
I doubt many people here care.))
"Camille Jackson, reporting, over."
"Camille, you're wanted in Austin, over."
Camille adjusted the throttle. "Copy that. Expected arrival
time: 18:00, over."
"Copy. But hurry. The president wants to speak to you, Camille."
Camille sucked in a breath. "Will do. Camille Jackson out."

Luke Hammermen
Upon Camille's arrival to The Military's main operating base in
Austin, Luke greeted her, showing a warm smile, and offering her
a handshake, which she nervously took.
"Hello, Miss Jackson. I am President Luke Hammermen. Now, of you
come with me to my office, I have a special job I need you to do
for us." Hammermen told Camille, making a 180 degree turn on his
heels to start the other way, motioning the female to follow.
