       Okay, Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality. For those of
       you who don't know, it's located at hpmor.com. Easily the best
       Harry Potter fan fiction I've read to date, but I've only read a
       couple dozen. This thread will mainly be focused on speculation,
       which is why I'm not going to bother with spoiler alerts; 95% of
       this thread will include spoilers. I strongly recommend reading
       till the latest update before coming here. So, let's get right
       to it.

       My prediction:
       In the prophecy, 'Born to those who have thrice defied him'
       refers not to his parents but to the Peverell brothers (3
       deathly hallows), logically leading to the idea that 'the dark
       lord' is death and not Voldemort. But that's just my
       interpretation.
