I think it would be best if just one person did it. The other 2
would just create the story. You know the ideas and stuff. Is it
going to be platformer of top-down?

I don't see why it can't be both.
But, you know, the actual game design is half the fun and 90% of
the effort. I don't see how it would be completely fair for just
one person to do it.
