       Area of City: 20 square miles
       Vreme contains a central city, but most of its area is made up
       of the farms required to support the city's population.  The
       main story takes place within the city, although Hunters and
       farmers are obviously more likely to be closer to the outskirts.
       Total Population: 250,000
       This puts Vreme's population density within the city area at
       about the population density of Philadelphia.
       Government sympathizers (anti-radical Mods): 150,000
       Neutral on the Mod question: 50,000
