Anywhere apart from rules and updates. But make sure your thread

2nd question: Why is there such a low post rate? 20 posts per 10
minutes, I don't think that is very fair. If someone posts too
much, too much only by saying, yeah and okay etc. Just to get a
higher post count, also annoys me by the way. But what about
people who don't do that?
