Call of Duty Elite Confusion

Hey Guys,
With the announcement that the hardened version of MW3 will come
with a years subscription to the Elite services, it has left me
wondering.
If I buy the 360 version of MW3, does the elite service give me
access to the services on the Ps3 and PC aswell? For example, if
i was to at a later date buy the PS3 version would i still get
the maps for free on the PS3 or would that require 2 Call of
Duty Elite accounts??

I would be totally stunned if it worked cross platform matey.
This is activation we are talking about.
One thing some of the fellas at work are wondering is, does xbox
still get stuff a mont early? Can't find any info about it.

I had a tweet from CallofDutyElite today saying it doesn't work
cross platform....big surprise as you said LOL
As for the DLC, i just assumed that 360 were getting maps first
however forgot that with the Elite service it maybe released to
that way.

There was a lot of talk on twitter yesterday that Xbox would
still get stuff a month early, but I don't know if there's any
truth in it.
If it is true though, that's pretty disgusting of them. Charging
people for the same service on both platforms should mean they
receive the stuff together.

have to say I couldn't put it any better myself...although I
wouldn't put it past them even though I think its a disgrace
never stops me buying the bloody DLC.

If it's released on the 360 first then there are going to be
lots of unhappy ps3 users who are paying for the service. I
would understand them releasing it to the elite members first
but it would have to be across both platforms
