C64 Emulator?

Hello,
I've been looking for, and failing to find, a reliable easy to
use emulator for c64 games.
This is an itch I need to scratch and therefore any
directions/pointers would be most welcome!!
If you use emulators please link here!!

Any joystick you'd recommend?? Dont really like using the
keyboard!!
Now just got to remember all the names of the games I used to
play!!

I use a ps2/ps1 pad mate-you can but USB assorted for them for
£3 from eBay! ;-)
