F1 Online

As some of you might know, Codemasters are making a website
based F1 game. This game will be coming out in 2012. In this
game you will be able to play online with other gamers and run
your very own F1 team. From the information I have read, you
will have the option to race, run your team or both.
As I will be buying the new F1 2011 game, I dont see the point
of using this for racing but I do like the idea of running my
own team. I also like the idea that it can all be done online
with other people and think this might make quite a fun
experience with other F1 fans on the forum.
I know this game is not out for a while but I will like to keep
people updated with all the new about this game. I think with
some of the F1 fans on the forum, we could make a fun league out
of this.
So if anyone has any new about this game then post it up on
here.

is there any interest in an f1 night like the gt5 night? im
going to get this game this year having missed last years and
am wondering how the f1 night went down and if it will be
brought back?

Well at first it went well last year but it got abandoned due to
people not enjoying it due to crashes.
In all my times I raced, I never crashed out so I didnt
experience the problems others had.
I want to bring this night back as I had so much fun playing it
and if it is played with the right rules set in place before
hand, the game would make a very good night. Maybe a rule which
limits damage a bit would help with this but the main rule
people need to follow is to be careful when starting races.
Everyone shoots into the first corner expecting to be able to
break in time but that never worked. It would be good if you
could use the safety car for the first corner or 2 to stop the
crashes at the beginning of the race.
What ever happens, I know that I will be getting this game and
trying to make a night out of it. The only problem is that I
wont be playing the ps3 version until october time due to me not
having a ps3 until then.

I will be getting the game at some point, not sure how long
after release though.
I would take part in a game night as well. It will have to be
like GT5 though where crashes are expected within reason though
or they will be too much arguing.

Its just a stocking filler, something to play in your spare time
or at work etc. I'm not a fan of management games, I'll give it
a thrashing but I don't know how long it will be until I'd just
rather play the real game ;)

I saw this announced too, hope its geared towards fun rather
than being a full on mind twisting simulation. For me though
Codies are pure gold when it comes to racers.
