Really want this now after all the talk about it on here and
twitter. Must resist though cos Resistance 3 will be here next
week.
Think I'm going to join Boomerang and add it to my rental list.
I know it will be a while until I get it from them, but it would
be anyway.

So it is, for some reason I thought it was 9th next week.
Just put enough games together for trade in to pick this up, but
I need to make sure my PS3 mic isn't broken first, can't cope
without being able to ramble on at you all!

First impressions are good some absolutely great references to
the original best way to describe is a deus for this decade
.saying that I did spend 30 mins just hacking pc to read emails
If you love the original to and get this asap

My first impressions are that its very very good...like the Deus
Ex of old but nicer to look at :D
Its a cross between Splinter Cell:Conviction and Singularity

Absolute cracking game, this is how all games should be made.
The level of detail and depth is amazing when you explore and
see all the possible ways to complete your goal, while being
rewarded for it all.
I spent about 10 hours yesterday just on the first 2 levels,
trying to be as stealthily as possible, exploring every nook &
cranny and basically just enjoying this game.
To me its a cross between Mass Effect, and Metal Gear Solid 8)
and my next Augmentation is the 'field of vision cone' so you
can tell on your radar if the enemy can see you or not :)
I'm playing through on hard and it doesn't take much to put
Jensen down, you barely have a chance to peak out of cover
before the screen goes red and your dead. But the hardest part
for me is choosing your next upgrades. Hacking takes the biscuit
as well :(

Picked my copy up earlier from HMV. Traded a few games in and
used a bit of credit I had with them so it didn't cast me
anything. They also gave me a free £5 gift voucher which was a
bonus.
Just installing game data now so will give some opinions on it
later.

absolutely amazing done the first level so many times now bad
ass on the ps3 silent and harmless on the pc saving all the
hostages etc with out a round fired ,the hacking is ace too
omg 11 years has been a long time to wait but so far so worth it

How's everyone getting on with this then?
I've spent god know how many hours on this so far and have only
made it to mission 7, whilst still doing side mission 3 and 4.
The stealth is much better than I though it would be, which is
probably down to the brilliant cover system that the game as.
Only downside is I'm useless at it. Try my best to stealth and
stay hidden, but once there's a couple of guards to get by I
just don't seem to find the right route to take, or the right
order in which to silently take them down. Tranquilliser gun
helps a bit, but I've never got enough darts for it.
