Call of juarez the cartel (Ps3) impressions

I wasn't going to pick this up however the missus decided she
was going to get it for me so....I'm obliged to play it and
review it.
First impressions....
Well the Ubisoft logo looks nice sadly thats where it ends
because the text is horrid and blocky, the symbols used to
navigate are what you would expect from if you have ever played
Goldeneye on the N64...so but its true
Yes it allows you to have 3 player co-op however it doesn't make
up for the fact that the game still has these horrid blocky
images. Thankfully the trophies are fairly easy to get and in
all honesty if it wasn't for that I would have given up much
before the end of the first level.
The game follows a pretty easy base, walk from A to B shoot guys
and have your way mapped out for you.
I cannot stress enough how poor the game looks, I was expecting
something nice flowing and up to date graphics and this fails to
deliver on all counts. IF you really want to play it then rent
it.
After games like Assassins Creed I expected more from a Ubisoft
title this in my opinion is an embarrassment

Advert was enough to put me off it to be honest.

Well needless to say The Cartel took a 1 way trip to Game today
and got traded in, not a bad price for the trade in either £31
so that brought me Resistance 1&2 double pack :) much better

Yeah the only thing that I had forgotten is Resistance 1 didnt
have trophy support....i had completley forgotten that!!

Bought The Cartel.
Here is my review.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
Trade in this steaming pile of utter 'carp' as soon as possible
before it infects the rest of your collection.
So. In summary, it's not very good.

I liked COJ Bound in Blood but even from the trailers The Cartel
looked ridiculous and by what people are saying sounds even
worse. Not even buying it if I see it for a tenner.

I actually only picked this up because I enjoyed the first
title..
Though, as many have said, was thoroughly dissappointed.
The gameplay was choppy, the sound kept cutting out.. I was even
firing from thin air at one point.
It was certainly a good thing I picked up Deus Ex at the same
time.
