A very even, hard fought match where it was clear that the lack
of decent firepower upfront meant this game was always going to
end up 0-0, some guilt edge chances missed on both sides but a
draw was a fair result. GG mate.

Agreed with above, a cagey openning game which neither wanted to
loose and only a few shooting half chances. fair result. GG

Cheers dude. I'm hoping that it was 'one of those games' where
nothing went right, but I think I'm gonna struggle with Hamburg
defensively. Good game.

Napoli (Willlieam) 0 - 1 (Dnamishap) Bolton
A close even encounter decided by a penalty of the dubious
variety. Matt Taylor luckily beating the keeper from the spot in
the second half.
Napoli had the best chances and with a bit more luck in front of
goal could easily been 3 or 4 goals to the good before the
penalty. Some good keeping from jussi jaaskelainen and the
intervention of the cross bar kept Bolton's chances alive.
Both teams will be looking to improve in front of goal and if
they do could be there or there abouts towards the business end
of the season!!

Everton 0 - 3 Palermo

This game got played twice as the first time we played we got
disconnected when i was 3-0 up just after half time. So instead
of moaning about it, we sorted the connection problems and had a
rematch 5 minutes later. As we had played briefly before Everton
knew what Palermo's playing style was like so it was a much
harder game. Palermo took the lead and never looked back making
it 3-0 just after half time. Palermo could have made it 4 but a
shot from Miccoli hitting both posts with 1 shot and Tim Howard
saving the rebounded shot from him. Everton had there chances
but the defensive just muscled Everton's strikers out of the
way. Good match, Toby played really well and deserved a goal at
the end but it didnt happen for him.

Palermo 1 - 0 Lazio
(Nobski) (Nusty)
Great game mate well played.
Palermo's Manager was delighted with todays result but knows
luck was on there side as Lazio came at them from the word go
and forced a couple of good saves. Hitting the upright was the
closest Lazio got to scoring with Palermo's defence closing the
strikers down straight away so the counter attack was always an
option. Palermo's goal came late in the first half with Miccoli
this time being the ball player for Hernandez to slot home the
games only goal.
