3.60 fw corrupt hd

hey folks just tried to download and install 3.60 fw on the ps3
, downloads fine but it gets to 72% when installing and i get a
corrupt message. something about hard drive? the first time i
got the error i switched ps3 off then switched it back on again
and all looked fine
so tried again to install it same thing happens again 72% . no
numbers either showing up ?
any ideas?

never had this problem before baz with fw's mostly someone else
gets corrupt data or fails to install. ive just finished
hoovering the sides incase theres any dust in there , plus gave
it a clean ?? dunno why as it was spotless anyway :D but il try
any nonsence to get this to work.
away to try for now the fourth time >:(
