       Posting Regulations
       This is an open forum concept and we welcome all ideas and
       thoughts so long as they are not slanderous or demeaning in any
       way. Profanity, Racial and Sexual commentations, etc. will not
       be tolerated and will result in immediate banning of the
       Username and IP address. The same banning will result for any
       posters or users who respond with an "I'm God" type attitude in
       their replies.
       All Moderators on this site 'volunteer' their time away from
       their current jobs to help provide helpful and informative
       replies to all posts and should be treated with respect
       accordingly. Any slandering or other offensive remarks or
       replies to the Moderators will result in a one time warning. Any
       further offenses will result in the banning of the Username and
       IP address.
       Any and all posted content on this forum is done so voluntarily
       by it's members and are subject to review, editing or removal at
       the sole discretion of the forum admin and moderators without
       any required notice or approval from the author of any edited
       post(s). CVX is not liable for any loss of data or information
       posted within this forum for any reason at anytime.
       Viewers and users of this forum accept any and all risks
       associated if they follow any of the listed advice herein. We do
       not claim ourselves to be experts in any field nor do we claim
       to be licensed in any way in association with the methodologies
       posted for potential repair solutions.
       Users who chose to post irrelevant topics and responses that are
       not related to the site content or post topics are subject to
       being banned by the Moderator / Administrator staff. Any use of
       special characters or symbols outside of normal alpha / numeric
       characters within the "Subject" heading will be removed
       accordingly so as not to 'distract' for the other posts within
       the category. Subjects using all CAPS will either be edited to
       lower case letters or subject to removal. The same holds true
       for any 'bumping' of posts. Any 'bump' posts will be deleted.
       This is an open forum and members will reply only if they wish
       to.
       Posts containing 'off forum' communications such as email or
       phone dialogues will not be permitted on the forum, as well as
       reference to any specific names of individuals for which one may
       be complaining about. This forum is 'not' a complaint center.
       Any such dialogues will be removed and repeat offenses will
       receive a warning, followed by a ban if repeated further.
       All posts must be in the written english language to ensure the
       Site Admin and Moderator staff can review the content for any
       violations of the forum policies.
       Regarding FLASHING:
       JTAG, NAND, & Flashing will only be discussed as a legitimate
       REPAIR method. That means, that if you do post, you must
       'explicitly' state in your post that this is for the purpose of
       repairing a broken drive, for the purpose of replacing the drive
       for a working unit, or in case of JTAG, for the purpose of
       retrieving a dvd key from the NAND in order to program a
       replacement unit or part. Any mention of increasing, decreasing,
       modifying, or altering the functionality of either the console
       or the dvd drive will 'not' be discussed and any deviation in
       topic subject will result in the post being deleted from the
       Forum without notification.
       Write-protecting the NAND will 'not' be discussed since it
       alters the functionality, and circumvents manufacturer-installed
       safeguards. These protocols are necessary in order to protect
       the Forum as this Forum does not support illegal modification(s)
       nor any other actions or discussions related as such.
