Belief and witchcraft
1. Are you pagan? No
2. Do you work with any deities? No, I'm open but I don't think
it's for me yet
3. Do you celebrate any festivals? I would like to!
4. Do you do hexes/curses? I haven't done any but I am open to
them
5. How do you feel about hexes/curses? I feel with any aspect of
the craft, there needs to be balance.
6. How long have you been practicing witchcraft? about 3 months
7. Could you tell us some things about your path as a witch? I
was raised in a somewhat Catholic household, not overly
religious. I've always been interested in witchcraft and the
occult since I was young. My grandmother has somewhat fostered
that interest to grow as she's also a practicing witch.
8. What is your view on what witchcraft is? I feel witchcraft is
not just a hobby, but something that can be used to better
oneself if respected. It's something that should be involved in
your every day.
9. What are your strengths when it comes to witchcraft? I tend
to do a lot of research before practicing. I'm still very new
and would like to explore my strengths and weaknesses
10. What are your weaknesses when it comes to witchcraft? I'm an
over thinker; I honestly have yet to cast any spell because of
that.
Study group related
1. What do you expect to do add to the study group as a person
and witch? I'd like to think the reading that I've already done
could come in handy, especially with other new witches. I'm open
to listening to opinions, trying new things, and wanting to help
others if they're stuck.
2. What do you expect the group to add to your life or path in
the craft? A better understanding of practice and topics that I
may be struggling with on my own and friendships in and out of
the group to add to a richer practice and life
3. What do you expect of others in the group? To be respectful
and open to opinion, willing to teach and learn from one
another, helping when help is needed.
4. What kind of activities and assignments do you expect to do
here? Maybe some basics, like casting circles, shielding, etc,
simple spells to more complex spells, celebrating festivals
together, delving into other types of witchcraft.
5. Do you expect the group to have a leader or to be completely
democratic? If we have one leader, I'd hope they'd be willing to
listen to the groups wants and needs, if it's democratic I'd
hope the same would apply in terms of everyone on board.
6. What are your strengths when it comes to working with a
group? Group settings are where I thrive, I do my share of the
work and try to pick up slack if needed, I'm an avid believer in
constructive criticism (when delivered correctly and without
attitude) and wanting everyone to succeed.
7. What are your weaknesses when it comes to working with a
group? It takes me a little to get warmed up to the group due to
anxiety but it's something I've been working on for the past few
years.
8. How much time would you want to spend and expect others to
spend to the group? I'd be active most afternoons and evenings
(before and after work); at least a minimum of 2 hours a day,
I'd like to think
9. We have a personal diary subforum for every member. How and
for what purpose would you use it? Since I keep a physical BoS,
I'd most likely keep assignments and group work there before
copying it into my Book. I also may upload some illustrated
pages of my Book on there
10. How do you expect to be able to contact other members? I'm
open to email and skype (voice and messenger)

1. Can we contact you through e-mail and skype? yes, I will give
my skype handle when prompted but email is preferred, especially
if I'm at work
2. How did you find us? Through tumblr
3. Is there anything else important for us to know? Off the top
of my head, I'm not sure at the moment. I'm sure when prompted,
I'm more than happy to answer any questions :)
