1. What is your name? Call me Arden

Belief and witchcraft
1. Are you pagan? Yes
2. Do you work with any deities? Not actively
3. Do you celebrate any festivals? Yes, the Wheel of the Year in
addition to moons, births and deaths, and I participate in the
holidays of other religions on occasion, like blots and Hindu
festivals.
4. Do you do hexes/curses? Yes
5. How do you feel about hexes/curses? I think they are quite
useful and a necessary part of a balanced craft.
6. How long have you been practicing witchcraft? Between 10-15
years
7. Could you tell us some things about your path as a witch?
Raised Christian, used Wicca as a stepping stone, and now I am
wherever I am at the moment. I have a very, very high reverence
for nature, the living and the dead, and am open to new things.
8. What is your view on what witchcraft is? Every person has a
spark within them, to some degree. Witchcraft is taking that
spark and manifesting it in some way, through some measure of
spiritual means.
9. What are your strengths when it comes to witchcraft? Rather
not say
10. What are your weaknesses when it comes to witchcraft? Rather
not say
Study group related
1. What do you expect to do add to the study group as a person
and witch? I hope to add some knowledge, perspective, and
contribute to conversation.
2. What do you expect the group to add to your life or path in
the craft? Knowledge and perspective, as well as a community in
which I can meet similarly minded folk.
3. What do you expect of others in the group? Honesty, no
bullshit, maturity, a measure of earned trust.
4. What kind of activities and assignments do you expect to do
here? Psionics skills building, information of certain workings,
stories, recipes.
5. Do you expect the group to have a leader or to be completely
democratic? A mixture of both - people need a say AND direction.
6. What are your strengths when it comes to working with a
group? Contributing to conversation, debate.
7. What are your weaknesses when it comes to working with a
group? If someone is harmful to the group, I can become a little
vicious.
8. How much time would you want to spend and expect others to
spend to the group? Depends upon the group, I suppose.
9. We have a personal diary subforum for every member. How and
for what purpose would you use it? I plan to use it like a blog,
for whatever I would like to post with a focus of relevance
towards the group.
10. How do you expect to be able to contact other members?
Through the forum, almost exclusively.
