Eyes wide, but determined, the young tom leaped into the rushing
water. The odds were against him, but he used his strong front
legs to paddle his way towards the she-cat. Eaglepaw was just
about ready to snatch her by the neck when another force, other
than the water, pulled her out of his reach. All he saw was a
flash of white before sinking into the whirling water.
Opening his eyes and letting out a rough cough, the tabby soon
noticed he was lying on the ground next Juniperpaw, and a
sleek-furred and white she-cat stood before them. "What were you
two doing in there?! You could have drowned if I wasn't here to
save you!" Her voice was sharp, but her eyes seemed softer with
care.

The snow-white she-cat snorted with mockery. "Getting herbs in
the water, huh? Well make sure your not in OUR river when you're
hunting for UNDERWATER POPPIES!" She hissed, unsheathed her
sharp claws that began to dig into the dirt.
"Now, now. They're just apprentices, Blizzardfang!" Spoke a
strong but gentle voice. A simple long furred gray tabby tom
appeared from behind the white she-cat.
Eaglepaw's head hung down. "We're sorry, okay! Juniperpaw fell
in by mistake, and I tried to save her."

"It's alright. Not much harm has been done as far as I can see."
The tall tom meowed simply, looking to Blizzardfang for
agreement.
Blizzardfang grumbled. "Fine...." The white she-cat used her
nose to gesture towards a fallen log not yet out of their sight.
"You can use that to cross back over to your side. Unless you
wanna face Bluestar, I suggest you leave now."
Eaglepaw nodded, his eyes turning to Juniperpaw.

and started walking to the fallen tree as quick as her weak legs
could move.

Eaglepaw quickly followed after her, though more cats scents
still ringed true. And it was, because two apprentices appeared
in front of their path while the gray warrior and Blizzardfang
disappeared out of sight. Oh great...
"Who are you two?" The tallest and thin brown tom asked, his
eyes holding suspicion. "Ya, you have ThunderClan scent all over
you!" The other one growled, who was a short black tom.
