I feel my opinion is slightly biased for reasons I'm not
disclosing, but I'd have to say the NCLE. They've got a strong
army, have proven themselves, and so far have been one of our
closest allies. Their leader seems rather nice, as well.

They're quaint, and simply adorable. However, from what my
ambassador saw, they've fallen into believing the lies of those
Foman idiots. It'd be a shame if I had to wipe them out. (The
Queen laughs.)
