       Surda Federation Map Change Request

       A map request change for the Surda Federation.
       Please note that initial claim was small, given that map space
       was rapidly shrinking for newer players. However, given the
       change to a different map, many inactive players were removed
       from the map. In light of this, I wish to expand the Surda Map
       claim to more relatively portray the population of the Surda
       Cluster. Note, that much of requested area is space devoid of
       stars, and thus would be rather uninhabited.
