"well, there are normally 3 ways to fund your start. first is to
use your own funds, but, forgive me for saying, you do not have
anyone of real wealth in your nation. second would be to borrow
the money, but this means that you will need to pay it back,
much more then you got. third is to sell shares of it, but this
means that you will need to give them a share of the profits,
even though they did nothing to help. these, as i see them, are
your real choices."
