       The Mouse That Roared

With the acquirement of a star system meant as a hub for
commerce attracted the remaining Artistians, Merchants, and
Scientists alike from the scattered people of Eteru. The two
barren planets and asteroid rings will prove to be good places
to building mining operations, bringing in almost every miner
left to the system. On Tomi an Gaia world, a colony was built as
the headquarters for trading guilds and corporations alike. An
governor was elected by Epokku to look over the system and
oversee it's dealings while she is in the Hegemony and until a
official government was built. However there was a slight
problem, even the most well informed economist is very low
skilled due to Eteurans view on capitalism. But they know they
need to adapt and change their views in order to make stand.
The new book published by the Vania Colonies were a good help
but they need a more hands on experience. So the governor called
a well talented economist from the colonies to reform the
educational classes and a deeper understanding of fiances.

one Mister Jean Richards, author of Building your fortune,
agrees to go, after being asked by the Vania colonies. he knew
he would have his work cut out for him, but he had not given up
on anything in his 178 year life yet, and he was not going to
       start with this.
he arrives at the planet soon enough and steps out if his yacht.

The colony was going very well from his veiw point as he got
off. Thanks to chakra natures the Eteruan was able to make a
very high designed Eco-City. Otaku culture is also heavy as some
survivors from the anime businesses in the colonies came over
and bought some plots in the city. On the landing yards the
governor was a female Okami, well dressed and happy to meet the
famous person behind the book. She greeted Mister Jean as he got
off with a formal bow, "Welcome to Tomi, I am it's governor and
I am pleased that you manage to make it here. Please let me lead
you to the office." She escorted the Vania to a private hover
car and would drive to a large Urban Skyfarm, The Urban Skyfarm
is covered in leaf-like decks that can provide 24 acres of space
for growing fruit trees and plants like tomatoes. The "trunk" of
the tree houses an indoor hydroponic farm for greens, and solar
panels and wind turbines at the top of the tower provide enough
energy to power the whole operation. The design would also
capture rainwater and filter it through a constructed wetland
before returning it to a nearby stream. Driving to the top of
the tower she parked next to a glass dome that seem to have a
office inside. She would get out and with a flare of chakra, a
door size section of the dome would disappear. "I welcome you to
my office." With that said she would head inside which looked
       like a Japanese garden.

Jean was impressed by the progress they had made.
"I am impressed with the progress you have made. How many are
       there here?"
He says as he walks in.

"Around two million, most were from Anime & Magna companies
throughout the sectors, namely the colonies. Some of the
Eteruans from the fleet that went to the Hegemony migrated over
here to help things out. Other then that it has been mostly
Eteruan merchant and science vessels that have been off world,"
She pulled a chair out for the Vania and took her seat behind
the desk. "Securing a food and energy source was not a large
issue to begin with thanks to the help of chakra natures,
economic standpoint however is a different story."

"Yes, it will. Even with the high amounts if natural resources
on this world, you don't have enough experience manpower to do
it. Same with industry. However, you have one major product to
work with: your culture. Anything you made back then can now be
made and called a relic from a near extinct race."

"Very much true, we are in the works of rebooting it as the
destruction of our planet grind them to a halt. Famous anime
such as 'Gob is Vania' is starting up again and is proving a
good source of income. Not to mention the lack of a major
entertainment industry in the galazy gives us a lot of room to
expand and sell to more diverse markets."

"Good, those will be your main money makers. We also need bigger
markets. Many nations don't have the cultural values that allow
for any commerce, let allow this. In this Galaxy, your main
market will be the republic, and then mainly Jing. However,
there is a gold mine that is just waiting to be opened: the
       Vania Republic"

"it's simple: the Vanian market is huge, bigger then all other
markets you have ever combined. if we can get even just 1% of
people to buy just one thing of yours, you will have more money
then you have ever had in your lives."
