Assist the Spacian Unity Space Program

A man dressed in unusual alien clothing enters a meeting room
where a discussion on the Galactic Federacy is in session. The
meeting room is full of ambassador's from all parts of the
region.
The man enters quickly, takes a paper holding a pre-written
speech, and announces in a loud voice, "Sorry to be late, my
fellow ambassadors. I am the Abe Lokoer from the Multiple
Planet's embassy on Earthet. I have come here to address the
concerns over our sister nation, Spacian Untiy which has been
suffering from lack of space technology in recent years.
We hereby request the help of your nations in assisting Spacian
Unity develop its space program as quickly as possible. Do we
have your assistance?"
Some of the delegates in the room are taken aback at the short
speech for the paper the man holds is many pages long.

OOC: The Chrymerions don't know of your species yet. They've
only had interactions with 2 species atm. But once they find out
about the S.U.S.P., they would be willing to assist. Till then,
I won't be involved in the RP but will keep an eye on it to see
a way for me to join in.

Find themselves near sector I-12 when the Cruiser's sensors
officer picks up on sensors an inhabited world "Sir, we have an
inhaabited world it looks like. Unknown species or technological
advancement. Shall I send a communications probe?" he says to
the Commander "Yes. Send a MK IV. Let's see if they are friendly
or not." and the Coms officer launches a MK IV communications
probe towards its destination. "Time till it arrives?" says the
Commander. "One hour sir." and the officer watches the probes
systems carefully.

This is the president. We do not believe the general population
is yet willing to accept the truth of this matter. If everyone
were to know that their lives and history were a lie, that alien
life is common and technology is readily available, showing that
we're just living in a bubble of isolation, the contribution to
disorder would be definite. Having your perspective turned
upside down would feel the same to many as an apocalypse. Many
still believe that Kerbin is the center of the universe and
there is nothing else, that we were created on this planet by an
omnipotent being, and most are sure of the "fact" that we are
alone in the universe, choosing to bake in ignorance rather than
seek out knowledge. The Ares programme is already doing wonders
for that, getting the public committed to science and
technology, but it will take time for our society to adapt with
our urging. I say you should keep your presence here a secret
for now, sharing technology with us of course, but keeping the
lowest possible profile. Also, I really don't do forum.
