Captain Guaire looks astonished at all of the ships that can be
seen and the representaives. Having no clue what to do in this
instance...
Captain Guaire- "I'm sorry but clearance has not been given for
admittance into the system. Due to the actions of an ancient
race who kidnapped, imprisoned, tortured and neglected our
ancestors, we are hesitant to permit more to enter the system.
Hold your position and I will contact the crown."
Captain Guaire contacts control "Control, we have alien
visitors. There are numerous in attendance and they wish to
visit our world. I've ordered them to hold their position. What
are your orders?"
King Mac na Ceàrdaich- "Captain Guaire, this is King Mac na
Ceàrdaich. Tell them to hold and that I will personally visit
them."
Captain Guaire- "Yes Your Majesty." he then contacts the aliens
"This is Captain Guaire to the Diyelians, King Mac na Ceàrdaich
says that you are to hold your position and he will be joining
you shortly."
At this point, an Explorer-Class ship leaves the 2nd planet. The
white with gold trim ship is slightly different than the other
Explorer-Class vessels in that it has more weapons systems and
its shields seem to be an improvement as well. As the ship
nears...
King Mac na Ceàrdaich- "This is King Mac na Ceàrdaich to the
Diyellian representatives. Welcome to the Kingdom of
Albannaich."

"Our deepest thanks." said the Emmisary Commander, as he orders
his men to follow the unknown creatures towards their system.
The Diyelian flotilla was escorted to what it seems to be the
"Core World". They followed the alien ships, docking later on
one of its installations, leaving personnel around to take care
of the ship maintenance. They went into the 2nd planet of the
binary star system, the only planet seemed to cater life, as the
Diyelian world-scanners show a rich, planet-wide biosphere. The
rest are composed of barren, rocky planets and gas and ice
giants. As they descend to the surface, they carefully observe
the lush greenery of the planet, recording and taking detailed
observation of every interesting fauna and flora that they saw.
A couple of minutes later and they were traveling above a nearby
city. While traveling, the emissaries paid keen attention to the
bustling city below that's teeming with life and machines,
curiously studying from above the different architectural
structures that forms the massive cities of the natives.The
structures were all having a distinct metallic bluish in color,
each having large and abstract panels of blue lighting and
grotesque luminous beacons. Wide pyramid-shaped buildings are
prevalent architectural design and skyscrapers having sharp and
pointing edges are a common sight. Sky roads and tunnels are
found around the city, interconnecting the sky-high buildings
and creating a vast and complex network of advance traveling
method. Still primitive architecture as per Diyelian standards,
but nonetheless interesting and promising. Vehicles were
abundant and can be seen going in and out of the city, going in
and out of their daily lives as well.
They found this an impressive feat of an emerging star empire.
Several more hours later after an exchange of natural scenery
and thriving settlements, they arrived at the destination: a
booming metropolitan filled with hive-like towering skyscrapers,
a large population center where the one who proclaims to be the
civilization's leader escorts the Emissary further. The
Diyelians followed the native's leader, taking detailed notes
about the things they've seen on the planet. They've noticed
that the natives on the planet haven't met many space-fairing
civilizations yet, evident of the curious and large crowd of
people on their way to the planet's embassy. They saw the
citizens look at them with shock and awe, some of them with fear
as they talk to one another, and others with excitement
especially with the younger-looking citizens. While flocking,
they saw all of them pay homage to the leader, going back to
their dazzled look after the leader passes them. They walked
more for a bit, touring more around the city, before finally
arriving into somewhat like a wealthy or aristocratic district.
The whole contingent stopped, and the leader looked at the
emissaries. The emissaries' attention was caught however by the
tall structure in front of them, their eyes glued to it.

arrival at your palace or embassy place. I apologize, but I hope

King Mac na Ceàrdaich and his guards stop momentarily and notice
that the emissaries were staring at the immense structure. Their
eyes glued to it like a boy receiving his first sword. Looking
at the building and then the emissaries...
King Mac na Ceàrdaich- "You look like you've seen a ghost. That
is Castle Lion, the oldest structure on the planet and home to
the royal family, government and the Voltron Defense Force's
command."

"Oh, interesting. We're sorry for the behavior in the meantime.
It just so happens that we emissaries love to see alien worlds
and cultures. By the way, I haven't introduced myself yet. I am
Feranzk Meolberduy, Emissary commander of the contingent that
was called to contact your species. It's a pleasure meeting you,
your highness." the leader of the contingent said, placing his
right hand in a closed fist-position to the center of his chest
while extending his left arm side wards, hands in a clawed
position with the palms facing inwards. All others followed,
doing the standard Diyelian salute.
[spoiler=OOC thoughts]Hey! Me and Nuzeikurga are also having an
RP related to my ULTI and the Triumvirate Assembly in general.
That was an in-depth story, so I just thought of mentioning so
you can check that out as well.[/spoiler]

The King give a respectful nod to the emissary and the continues
to walk to the castle
"So why is it your people chose now of all times to approach
us?"

"This structure was standing for so long, even before your kin
was brought here? What do you mean? Were you not the original
inhabitants of this world, your highness?" Feranzk ask,
apparently confused. "Well anyway, just to answer your question
first, it is imperative for our civilization to contact other
sentient species as much as we can, provided that certain
requirements have been verified that was met by the species we
are scouting. Otherwise, we will observe silently without
interfering with the natural societal evolution of your own
kind. You were deemed as a rightful species that can be
contacted with to know more about the entire cosmic realm
outside of your own zone. That's why we are here. We are not the
type of species who uplifts every civilization that we
encounter, we just select those who deserve it. I am glad to
announce that your race are one of the chosen few."

"Well I am pleased to hear that you are here on peaceful terms
and not to deliver an ultimatum. And no, we aren't originally
from here. We are...well, were humans at one point. Millennia
ago, a species kidnapped us from our homeland of Scotland and
put us in cryosleep for millennia as we traveled back to this
system. Upon arrival, that species came to realize that the ones
who kidnapped us were the last of their kind. The rest died of
plague. But the kidnappers also wound up being infected. We were
to be used as slave labor. We wound up possessing their world
after they died. It took us a very long time to get to this
point. Everything we know and have is left overs."

"Well... for a species who's living on borrowed, or more
specifically a scavenged technology, all of this was pretty
impressive. I suppose that your ancestors was a space age
civilization or at least on a digital or pre-space era." Feranzk
said, in a quiet amused manner. "We can continue our chit-chat
into your meeting hall, your highness if you may."

The King seems a little offended but nods to continuing in the
great hall and leads everyone in to it. Sitting upon the
throne...
"No. We weren't space aged, in fact we didn't even have fueled
powered vehicles. We had rudimentary firearms that used
gunpowder. Swords, spears, daggers. These were our weapons of
choice then. No flying vehicles, only sailing ships that took to
the water, nothing else. When the beasts kidnapped us and then
died off, we were forced to survive on our own. We struggled,
thousands died before we could figure out how to progress. So as
you put it...we scavenged. We had to figure things out and adapt
them to our needs. It took millennia to finally get to where we
were. No other people or species to trade with us. No one to
shows us how to work things. We lost three cities and tens of
millions of lives when we stumbled upon advanced reactors and
had no clue what they were. The end result was three immense
craters in the earth. Don't let what you see fool you. Scavenged
or not, we had to earn every bloody thing you see. We sweated,
bled and died to get to where we are. Here, let me show you what
the beasts looked like."
He waves his hand over a small crystal dome in the thrones
handle and a holo image appears showing their kidnappers

"We haven't encountered a species like that before, and we are
not a decadent civilization. We would never do such horrible
things." Feranzk said while looking at the image of the captors.
"But what happened to them was pretty anti-climactic and
surprising. Well anyway, we really understand the grief over all
of the sacrifices that you've done for the survival of your
species. Well to be honest, compared to us. You've been
surprisingly lucky, if that timeline fits perfectly with our own
history. Because I personally don't think that a plague is
really the cause of their demise, it's a lot horrible than you
can imagine." he added, realizing something.
"If your abduction happened at least more or less a millennia
ago, that was the exact same time when the galaxy was almost
purged of all space-fairing civilizations. It was the exact time
that the monstrosities we only remembered as 'Reapers' attacked
this galaxy to "harvest" sentient creatures who achieved space
flight in favor for more emerging civilizations. If you happen
to arrive in the galaxy during that time, you were lucky because
due to you being only a pre-industrial or an ancient
civilization-classed race you were spared for the "grand
harvesting". You can actually consider your existence as a
miracle, because compared to what you experienced, we saw a
horror far more frightening that what you can see in your whole
life." the Emissary commander said in a very melancholic manner.
"We, the Diyelians spend half a millennium sealing ourselves in
our home planet. The only planet that survived the onslaught
among all of our territories in the whole galaxy. We watched in
vain as one by one our colonies succumb to ashes with our
citizens dying without meaning. We saw everyone dying in front
of our eyes. Not just millions, but billions of them. For more
than five hundred years we are trapped in our planet like a
prison within a paradise, living in fear of what might happen if
our planetary shield, where no one gets in or gets out, would be
removed. We mustered all our strength for that long to reinforce
with what puny ships we have to reclaim everything that we own,
forcing our species to be who we are right now." tears are seen
falling from the Emissary's eyes, as well as the soldiers behind
him, much to everyone's surprise. It looks like history has been
an important part of their culture, and they deeply valued all
of their hardships as a whole race of species.
"We deeply understand all the struggles that you have to endure
all this millennia. But I can assure you, that everything
happened for a reason. And what you are right now is very great
miracle. Be thankful of your survival right now, because that
reflects your resiliency as a species." the Diyelian said,
finishing his speech and explanation.
[spoiler=Reaper War thoughts]I just thought of using this
because this coincides with one the important timelines of the
Diyelians, the meeting with Chrymerion Imperius, I hope you like
this bud. BTW, feel free to respond as CI in the other RP that I
have with Nuzeikurga. :D[/spoiler]
