Imperial Expansion Program (Pt. 1: Expansion and First Contact|I

Speech by the new emperor.
"The recent call down of the Senate against the crusade, has
been and will forever be known as treason!" he boomed, and the
crowds boo'd at the senators in question. "However, the crusade
will commence, as I, will now hereby declare done! Is the
reorganization of the Dominion, to the first Empire of the
Rimworld Remnant!" he finished, to the Great cheering of the
people.
A hour later...
The emperor was in the planning room and shot a glance at
General Griev. "Ah... General Griev, let's get down to
business." the emperor said. "Of course*cough*my emperor*cough*"
Griev replied. "As you can see, our BDC and Carrier Ships are
currently to galactic east." Griev said while pointing ar a few
blue dots on a virtual holograph map. "Good, good. Anything
else?" the emperor asked. "No my emperor, everything is going to
plan.". "Great, now a status report on Project Upgrade?" the
emperor asked with a grin. "Ah... As you can see my lord," Griev
then takes a four inch metal rod with a button, "this, is the
finished product." he says while he clicks the button, causing a
low pitched buzz to emanate throughout the room, and a aqua blue
rod of light seemed to come out of the metal rod. "Ah,
finally... Upgrade is now done, we can train the next generation
of professional swordsmen..." the emperor said. "Ah, and I and
the 7th will now go eastwards..."said Griev.
More hours later in space...
General Griev was on his Harbinger Class Flagship, with a large
fleet behind it. "Men, we shall now warp." Griev said, and the
men warped to the nearest eastern system with habitable planets.
A few months later...
"Sir! We've detected a unknown primitive spaceship!" said a
pilot, "Scan them, then land on the planet near the ship." Griev
said

(I am still pre FTL travel right now, so I really don't have
space fleets. I will soon though. just make first contact.
to be honest, since I do almost all my RP on the RMB, I may not
be as attentive to this, so just TG me if you need me to respond
to something)

"Sir! We have scanned the ship! As well as the planet!" said a
pilot, "Their leader is at the city called Novigrad!". " Good
good! Let's land the fleet in this city!" said Griev. Landing
was commencing, the fleet can be seen.

Fort Commander: Hello! Who is this, and what brings you to
Nilfdeyrnas? Your ships do not look familiar.

"General! A transmission!" said a pilot. "Ah, as expected!" said
Griev, "Power the transmission lines!".
" Hello! We are the Rinworld Remnant! We come in peace! We just
came out of a long expansion program!" Griev said.

Fort Commander: Expansion program doesn't exactly go along with
coming in peace, but we'll hear you out. I assume you want to
speak to the Emperor then, like all the rest. If you would be
willing to land your ships here at Ft. Radovid, we can then give
some of you transportation the 5 miles north to the Summerstar
Palace, where the Emperor currently is.

"Oh, but our ships are planet sized, some star sized. But we
will land using transports." Griev said, "And yes, I will meet
your emperor, and establish diplomatic ties as I have authority
of establishing embassies too."

Fort Commander:...oh, well in that case, please land your
transports at Fort Radovid. We will only be able to take a small
group into Novigrad though, so don't bother bringing too many
people.

"Of course, we will only bring a diplomatic team of ten men."
said Griev as he launched the transport containing him, and the
diplomatic team. "We are currently travelling to this fort."
said Griev.

Fort Commander: I assume you can track this transmission to the
fort. Just have your men land on the tarmac.
