We have, but only in lab conditions. Research is expensive and
dangerous for this virus, so the programme was cancelled.

The Formics jumped back on their ship meet with the rest of the
fleet & went to the fourth planet

Premier Tanaka and both classes of Parliament have approved.
*The bulk of Krosana's military fleet, several thousand ships
and soldiers, and scientific fleet have arrived through
slipspace travel. Even a few diplomats managed to tag along*

business here." comes across communications when the Krosana
fleet arrives outside of Chrymerion space
(The Chrymerions were not expecting an invasion fleet sized
force. Just a science vessel at most. Nothing was said about
allowing warships or anything)

But the bulk of their military fleet? Seriously? I could see a
science vessel and 1-3 warships but the bulk of their fleet?
Well, the message goes out none the less. They're just waiting
for a response.
