i downloaded the client and JDK 1.7.0_03 and don't know what to
do next :S

try to compile and then hit the run button
the client will get stuck at 60% loading for a while
leave it like that and it should continue in like 30sec max.
if you keep havving issue's with the client i can teamview you
if you want.
