Staff.

I think this is well thought over by myself.. and some other
staff.
I am thinking that we should have an age rule set for staff.
We have some staff that are not capable of typing a full length
of a sentence in 15 seconds...
Roy.. Will you please consider this?
My recommendation!
Age Rule or Maturity Level for FT Staff... : 15+
For Forum Mods at the minimum: 25 posts...
For In-game Mods: Maximum helping capacity more than 1 player
at a time.. or have the patience to deal with multiple people
asking multiple questions about in-capable topics but dealing
with them kindly, maturely, and Respectfully.
For In-game Admins: I'm not sure.. same as mod. But most likely
older or more of a mature person..
For Forum Admins Minimum: 100 Posts.. And being able to deal
with forum spammers and "hax0rs" and
what not.
Also(1).. for Admins.. Do not just teleport people to you.. they
may be in a duel or a fight or they might be in a middle of a
conversation... please ask or tell them to stop what they are
doing... You cannot take them without there will.
ALSO(2): I think we (ROY) should re-do all staff. Maybe give
private interviews.. or have them write a big paragraph on why
they think they should be staff.. and do it in private.. So no
one else gets a laugh about their paragraph or whatever..
However.. I think some (I'm not trying to be mean here..)
"immature(R)" staff should re-apply.. then Have the whole staff
team vote on whether to Accept or Deny; because then it's not
just the owners choice it is the whole staff team's choice..

Also agree, and also everyone should know i'm always testing, i
have eyes every where you never know your best friend on FT
could be me >.> or the biggest asshole could also be me the
point is act the way you would if an admin+ was present because
you never know if there on a different account...

NOT JUST ANYONE SHOULD GET FORUMS ADMIN ONLY ADMINS INGAME
SHOULD REASON BEING ADMINS CAN SEE YOUR IP, PASSWORD AND MUCH
