       Position: forum mod/in game mod/admin: Id like to be Admin but
       if not Moderator
       How long have you played?: Not very long but i know alot about
       servers and this server
       past experience (dont mention any server names): Ive been Co+
       for 3 years and admin plus moderator for a few months and was
       very helpful during those times
       Why you want to be mod/admin: Id like to help others out who
       need it, people shouldnt go without help unless they dont need
       it, but ill always be able to do my best :)
       hobbies: making my own music and playing sports and also
       Minecraft.
       How much will you be online: Im usually on when im not busy from
       10am - 2am, on a regularly week plus weekends
       Any information you would like us to know: Well besides my name
       if you would please call me J or Jazz and other than that and
       umm, lets see, well not anything right now but if you do have
       anything to ask me ill be willing to fulfill your answers
       Why should we choose you ( Minimum 75 words ): The reason you
       should choose me is because im a friendly player, i like to help
       others when needed. I enjoy playing servers that have great
       staff and nice players and a cool owner. I Hate when i see staff
       abusing or mistreating their powers and then ruin the server...
       just really annoys me.. but in other words you wont have to
       worry about any abuse from me. If i dont get selected then i
       wish the best for others to be selected who really deserve it.
