       2 Faction names: One for the legal cover and the other for
       the illegal side (It is allowed to have same name in both):
       Legal: The outsiders Bar and Grill Illegal: The Outsiders
       The legal cover(legal activities you are going to RP):
       acting a bar & Grill at HQ
       Illegal activities you are interested in: Selling/Smuggleing
       narcotics (Drugs) and Guns
       Formation story: Volly_Smith was a bad kid, and his parents
       was where we got it from. His father and mother Bob Smith and
       Mary Smith were druggies and snorted coke all day everyday. His
       Mom and Dad also Loved riding bikes and so did Volly. One day
       Volly's mom and dad loved coke so much they stole it from a
       mafia family and for their punishment they were killed. when
       Volly got into drugs and into fast bikes. He got over them But
       before he did he spent all of his money on a bike. After he got
       over his addiction he started making money selling drugs and
       Guns. He met Up with a crew of about 8 and Made a biker gang to
       hunt down who killed his parents and to have fun
       smuggleing/selling drugs and guns. Present day he Is still
       trying to hunt down the people who killed his parents and likes
       riding on his freeway.

       Do you have any vehicles?if yes, what are the models. If no,
       can you afford to buy them? You cant buy freeways yet so I cant
       buy them and dont have them
       Are you aware of the responsibility you are willing to take?
       Yes I am
       Are you or your underboss are going to be active? I am going
       to be active for about 6-9 hours a day
