Server Rules

No MetaGaming or Powergaming
Using OOC information IC'ly or Mixing OOC an IC chats.
Forcing RP actions or responses upon another player. These are
not allowed.
You may be warned for this, continuing after warning may result
in an Ajail.
No DM
Death-matching, to kill another player without a valid reason or
any RP.
This is not allowed and will result in an Ajail.
No RK
Revenge killing, to kill a player solely because they had killed
you is Non-RP and not allowed, after a death you will loose 30
minutes of your IC memory, and forget the incident, you may also
not return the death scene within 30 minutes for any reason,
unless requested to do so by an admin.
Logging to avoid
logging from the server to avoid a Role-Play or Admin situation
is not acceptable
This will result in an ajail.
Respect
IC insults are acceptable, but you are to respect other Players
and Admins OOC'ly at all times.
Disrespect or drama is not acceptable.
Advertising
Under no circumstances is any player allowed to enter the server
and invite players to another server, or advertise another
server.
This will result in a ban.
Weapons
We don't have a rule that prevents ass-pulling, but RPing your
actions is always better and will increase your chances in
joining/leading factions.
RPing taking you weapons out is necessary though during RP. (for
example: robberies, kidnaps etc...)
Asspulling during RP situations will get you jailed!
Ninja-Jacking
If you see a car you wish to steal or car jack, you must RP the
jacking at all times. Running over to a car and just pressing F
to pull out the driver then speed off with the car is not
allowed.
This will result in an Ajail.
Bugs, Hacks or other Exploits
Abusing any bugs in the script or San Andreas bugs or exploits,
will not be tolerated at all, neither is using any form of
hacking tool or program, mods such as car mods to change the
look of a vehicle are fine as long as they do not affect other
players or give an unfair advantage.
Violation of this rule may result in a ban.
Bunny-Hopping
Bunny Hopping IS allowed on this server, the only time it is NOT
to be used, is during an active RP.
Anyone found bunny hopping during an RP may receive an Ajail.
Robbing other players
Player on Player robberies are fine, they must be RP at all
times, you may only rob $100,000 from a player.
Anyone found to be taking more than the limit from a player, or
robbing the same player over and over, may receive an Admin
Punishment.
Note: /rob is not included in this rule, that means you may /rob
without RPing it. /rob'ing AFK players, or admins on duty is not
allowed though and may get you ajailed!
Spamming and flooding the chat
Spamming and flooding are not allowed! They can get you
muted/kicked or even banned!
We define spam as sending the same message more than 4 times. We
define flooding as sending too many messages at a short period
of time which will make players unable to read anything.
OOC chat and "going OOC"
Using OOC chat during RP is not allowed. Even if the person you
are RPing with is breaking rules /report and keep everything IC
till an admin shows up.
"I came here OOCly" We do not want to hear that! You are ALWAYS
IC till an admin says something else.
Breaking this rule will get you ajailed or banned if it keeps
happening.
Abusing /sms, /w and /pm
/sms and /w are IC! DO NOT use them OOCly for any reason! We do
keep logs of every single command you type (regradless of
whether it exists or not)
/pm is OOC!DO NOT use it ICly as a free alternative for /sms and
(/r)adio or to call backup. Breaking this rule is considered MG
and it will get you ajailed.
Returning to place where you just died
This is tottaly not allowed! You are not to come back to where
you died for any reason. You can't go back to "get your car" and
you can't go back preach OOCly and make accusations (No going
OOC) if you think a rule was broken /report. You can only go
back after 20 minutes! (15 for LEOs).
If you are a cop arresting someone, or a mafia member trying to
help your faction you can't "get called ICly" and show up for 20
minutes (Again 15 for LEOs)!
