2a. Vitamin C and B5 are important to replenish the adrenal
glands to overcome stress.
The best sources of vitamin C are amla berry powder, rosehip
powder, fresh kiwis, fresh oranges, etc.
Vitamin C degrades quickly when heated or exposed to light or
oxygen in juices etc.
Take vitamin C half hour before meals to prevent other foods
from interfering with its digestion.
The best sources of vitamin B5 are rice bran, oat bran, ground
flax seeds, etc. These can be taken with meals.
Avoid caffeine and avoid stress as much as possible.
2b. Extra vitamin C is needed to strengthen blood vessels to
prevent heart attacks and strokes. About 500 to 1000 mg of
vitamin C are needed per day (before meals).
400 mg per day of magnesium malate or magnesium citrate (with
meals) are needed to prevent hypertension and muscle wear.
1 or more tablespoons of lecithin granules per day (with meals)
help remove plaque from blood vessels and improve brain and
nerve function.
2c. For good digestion, get B vitamins from fiber foods, such as
rice bran, oat bran, ground flax seed, etc;
and get 25 mg or so per day of zinc (both with meals).
Avoid antacids.

3. TRUE RELIGION & MYTHS
_Jesus seems to have been a real person, because the Shroud of
Turin seems to have his likeness extremely sophisticatedly or
uniquely imprinted on it.
_By sophisticated I mean in a manner that requires advanced
knowledge and skill. By uniquely I mean under very unique
circumstances.
_Light from his body, possibly at the time of his claimed
resurrection, is said to have made the imprint.
_C14 dating indicated that the shroud was made in the Middle
Ages, but it's only a corner of the shroud that was tested, and
that part of it was subjected to an accidental fire in the
Middle Ages, which likely affected the dating.
_There are said to be pollens etc on the shroud, some of which
date to about Jesus' time from Israel and some to the time/s
that the shroud was moved to other areas and eventually to
Turin, Italy.
_If the shroud was imprinted under unique conditions, it seems
reasonable that the claimed miracles described in the Christian
Bible/s may also have occurred under similarly unique
conditions.
_Miraculous healing is said to have occurred in Jesus' presence.
That's fairly believable, because similar healing seems to occur
in present and recent times as well. Bruno Groening was said to
have influenced hundreds or thousands of healings in Germany
after World War II until his death in 1959. Edgar Cayce was said
to have influenced many healings in a somewhat different way in
the earlier part of the 1900s. Other healers and healing methods
also are reported. Some locations are reported to influence
unique healing as well.
_The multiplication of bread and fishes described as a miracle
in the Bible is the hardest such miracle for me to believe. I do
believe it may be possible, but it would be easier to believe if
I witnessed it, or if others reported similar miracles in modern
times.
_The Bible says Jesus claimed to have around 50,000 angels who
assisted him. Angels are claimed to be people who don't have
mortal or physical bodies. There are fairly widespread modern
reports of angel presence and sometimes angelic actions, so it's
not real hard to believe in the possibility of angels. Since our
physical bodies are mortal and thus subject to death and decay,
it's plausible that all of us humans may have spiritual bodies
that are immortal. There are modern reports of communication
with people who have died. There may well be spirits/angels who
pretend to be persons we've known who died, unfortunately, so
it's a hard subject to prove.
_Many readers and nonreaders of the Bible claim that the Bible
is the word of God, but my reading of the Bible indicates that
the word of God meant an audible or mental word, not written.
The writers of the Bible were not God, since God would not refer
to himself in the third person, i.e. as "he" or "him" or "his".
The Bible story of Abraham or Lot at Sodom sounds like angels
were being referred to as the Lord, meaning angels of God, just
as presently we say some authority figure does something, but we
mean that person's subordinates do. The authority figure
generally merely commands that something be done by
subordinates. So the angels who were with Lot were subordinates
of God, carrying out what they considered to be God's commands
of them.
_Jesus and the Bible inspirers seem to have been aware of
ancient myths, which myths people tended to regard as their
authorities which they were to obey. Jesus & co. appear to have
attempted to provide a new interpretation of myths by saying
that Jesus was the authority that the myths referred to. Thus,
Jesus said he was bread, like some ancient myths said Osiris and
other gods were bread.
_The constellations were used to tell stories.
