       UPDATE &amp; ROUND 3!

       Heyo, sorry bout the long absence, round three pairings and the
       map update to reflect the winners and losers will be up tomorrow
       when I get off work. I've been super busy with work and
       commissions lately, so this had to be the back burner. There's
       another rule update coming soon. The main purpose is to better
       define which USRs are which, and potentionally create a list of
       banned USRs for the event. If you have a grievence about any of
       them, send me a message and I'll add them to the list to vote
       on.
