I'm pretty sure it means you can only get a Milestone once.
Otherwise if you get a USR you like, the other milestones are
worthless.

Space Wolves
Hreidar Stonefang, Wolf lord, was once a member of Ragnar
Blackmanes company. He challenged his Wolf Lord to a duel and
after a crushing defeat went to the death watch for 20 years.
Now he has returned and is working on proving he has every right
to lead his own company.

I talked to Cameron about it today, You can only have 1 active
USR from milestones. so if you unlock an offensive and
defensive, you can only use 1.

Yeah, the Only 3 games per round thing is not retroactive, so if
you played 5000 games since joining, but before the rule change,
You keep whatever you unlocked, but from now on you only get to
count 3 games per round as part of the league.

Updating the website right now, Everyone that's in now is in,
but that's gonna be it.
Version 1.3 of the rules will be out soon, big change will be
that Aegis Defense lines will be fieldable normally because a
lot of guys don't have reliable anti air yet.
Round 2 pairings will be posted sunday, If you couldn't get a
hold of your partner let me know, and just tell me who you got
to play you.
