Today I received this.
Firstly, I never received the original PCN. 🙄
Secondly, car crossed from one end to the other, going over
Stamford Street and into Cornwall Street

I know there's a procedure for resetting the time, but can

The PCN has now been reset, so I have to decide what case I have
for this – as in, driving straight into a 'no car zone' without
realising the restrictions had changed. 🙄

I'm still not following – I had the ticket 'reset' because I
never received the original. Are you mixing me up with a
different case?
I haven't won anything though - and now have until 10th June to
either challenge it or pay at the reduced rate.
