The regulations I have quoted are councils and also Transport
for London's bible for establishing then implementing a Traffic
Order that places a restriction on a street or road. Key to
fighting PCNs where the signage is unclear or inadequate is
Regulation 18. Anyway, have a read here :-

Main problem is demonstrating "adequacy", because this is
subjective, your 'inadequate' is the council's 'adequate'. This
means the only place where a decision is made either way is at
the adjudicators, who will look at the arguments posited by both
sides and come do a decision for one side or the other.
And, of course, this means in order to get a decision, one has
to take the council to adjudication and risk the full PCN
penalty. Hence most PCNs are paid after rejection by the
councils, like >95% of them. A nice little earner for London
councils especially. PCN revenues in London are well over £700
million a year.

Well balls, I travel down this part of the road for 7 years
straight.
I noticed the signs for the first time today as I travelled down
and whole lines of cars were infront of me. There was literally
no where to turn around given we were queues of cars and the
road is a bit tight at the signs, but now I finally know it's
there I won't be going there again.
Now genuinely worried I may be getting multiple tickets in the
post.
After how long did you get your ticket?
Is this time restricted or something? I drove down there at
4:30pm today.
EDIT: I think they have removed the time restriction altogether
now, I don't recall seeing a time limit on it today but from
your pictures it appears there was one. I'm so annoyed :(.

Yes I will if I do, I am trying my best to look up and see if I
can find any changes to this zone, but I am clueless on the law
side.

Hello,
Did you manage to appeal this?
I received the same fine time 14:34:29, however the restriction
time in this facebook post says it is 2.45 to 3.45, so you did
not actually drive in the restriction time, nor did I.
