PCN for performing a prohibited turn. Lower Road Junction

Hi I got a PCN for turning right where it's prohibited at the
Lower Road Junction with Neptune Street. I don't think it was
very clear, to be honest I see random PCNs like this as an
expected consequence of driving in London! Anyway, I noticed a
few other users have received the same PCN, and they also feel
its not clearly signposted and there's been some advice around
this already so I'm just wondering if anyone can help before I
resign myself to paying yet another unfair charge.
The link below is to a scan of the PCN.

Incidentally, I was just looking for a somewhere to pull over
so I could look on google for an alternative route as sat nav
was sending me down the Rotherhithe Tunnel and my van is too
high for that, so I pulled in to Neptune street. I can't say I
noticed any 'no right turn signs' they must be quite far before
the turn- I could have missed them but when I have to drive
through London I am always on high alert for this kind of thing.

Well, not really, as GSV shows: -

The NRT signs are in about the right places, and there are two
of them. We've seen this location before, but I can't remember
how it turned out. However, it is the peculiar road layout with
the bus lane sign on the same pole as the NRT sign that I think
was discussed on the previous thread on this one.
