       Lambeth, 53j Entering Pedestrian Zone During Restricted Hours,
       Rosendale Road

       On Thu, 18 Dec 2025 15:36 (one minute into the restriction
       timeframe I think) I entered a "Healthy Schools" Restricted
       Pedestrian zone.
       In the evidence photos and videos, the signage is way too blurry
       and pixelated to clearly see what time the restriction is for.
       Do I have an appeal based on this fact? Sign is not available to
       view on google maps either.
