       A friend was given this parking ticket - but they got his
       Vehicle Reg number wrong!

       The CEO recorded LO73FCO instead of LO73FCD.
       The PCN cannot be enforced but keep it safe as evidence just in
       case.
       You can inform them as a courtesy but at least there's no wrong
       keeper to get an NTO.
       While you're here check the name and address are correct on the
       logbook of the keeper.
